Our chemically bonded sand or air set process is highly-versatile, producing castings of virtually any size and weight, including construction parts, engine blocks, or defense vehicle castings. Whether it be prototyping or low- to mid-volume runs, this process offers a strong combination of complexity, dimensional accuracy, and flexibility to deliver a casting that exceeds your expectations.
The air set process allows for greater detail in complicate casting shapes than other sand cast processes.
The air set process also allows for complicated core assembly, allowing core sets to be assembled outside or inside the mold.
